Palestine Warns Of Growing Israeli Settler Violence In West Bank

RAMALLAH, Jul 2 (NNN-WAFA) – Palestine, yesterday, warned of the growing violence of the Israeli settlers in the West Bank, including increasing attacks on the Palestinians and their properties.

“During the past few weeks, there has been a growing and spreading violence of Israeli settlers all over the West Bank,” the Palestinian Foreign Ministry said in a press statement, referring to Israeli settler attacks on unarmed Palestinian civilians, and their homes, vehicles and properties.

Palestinian, Russian Presidents Discussed Ties, Issues Of Mutual Concern

RAMALLAH, Jul 2 (NNN-WAFA) – Palestinian President, Mahmoud Abbas, and his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, held a phone conversation yesterday, discussing the latest developments in the two countries, and ways to boost bilateral ties.

During the phone call, Putin extended Eid al-Adha greetings and wishes to Abbas and the Palestinian people, said the report.

Israel court freezes evacuation order against illegal outpost in West Bank

Palestinian foreign minister calls Israeli settler attacks 'organised state terrorism'

28 June 2023; MEMO: Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki has condemned recent attacks by Jewish settlers on occupied towns of the West Bank, describing them as "organised terrorism carried out by the State of Israel."

Al-Maliki also accused the Israeli army of protecting the settlers.

27 June 2023; MEMO: Palestinian MPs from the besieged Gaza have filed a complaint to the International Criminal Court (ICC) against the 17-year-long Israeli siege of the enclave, Quds Press reported yesterday.

First Deputy Speaker of the Palestinian Parliament, Ahmad Bahar, said in a press conference that the complaints came in the framework of legal, diplomatic and parliamentary efforts being exerted against the Israeli occupation's crimes.

23 June 2023; MEMO: Illegal Israeli settlers, last night, attacked Palestinian residents in Masafer Yatta district to the south of Hebron in the Occupied West Bank, reported Wafa news agency.

According to local activist, Osama Al-Makhamreh, the settlers from Havat Maon were under the protection of Israeli occupation forces as they assaulted Palestinian shepherds and civilians in the village of Khirbet Tuba, based in Masafer Yatta, resulting in grave injuries.
