India: 55-year-old property dealer murdered in Naubasta

Kanpur: One old person was murdered in a house of Raman Vihar under Naubasta police station here on Thursday morning. On getting information the police and the forensic team reached the spot. The Senior Superintendent of Police Anant Dev Tiwari and SP (South) Raveena Tyagi were also present on the spot.  Evidence was collected and cause of crime was also tried to find out. 

55-year-old property dealer Prahlad r/o Naubasta Lalpur was alone at his house as the wife Siyapyari was away at Gauriya village in Bakewar Fatehpur to attend uncle's terahwi. He was issueless. 

Presently Prahlad had been staying at Awas Vikas Colony, Hanspuram, Raman Vihar along with his wife. He was dealing in sale of the flats through the Society. He was supposed to have established his property dealing business. 

Siyapyari told the police the almirah in the room was open when she checked it. Some papers related with the land deed were found to be misplaced. The dead body was half inside and half outside the room. The police suspect that the family enmity was also a cause of murder. Some heavy thing has been used. His throat could have been throttled.
