Footage showed the bear wobbling and whining as she sat belly-up in the back of a pick-up truck, after people rescued the visibly-debilitated animal from the forest.
Mad honey, or "deli bal" in Turkish, is a type of rhododendron honey that can have hallucinogenic effects.

When the American tourists appeared with the hefty undetonated shell piece at security, airport guards thought the family may be terrorists and launched an emergency evacuation.
14 April 2022; MEMO: A chef in Turkey launched a kebab into the stratosphere on Tuesday, to coincide with the International Day of Human Flight marking the 61st anniversary of the first human space flight made by Soviet Yuri Gagarin.
According to the Daily Sabah, Yasar Aydin – who owns a kebab restaurant, and local entrepreneur and space engineering student Idris Albayrak launched the eponymous Adana kebab into the stratosphere, becoming Turkey's "first export to space".
Sasaram, Apr 9 (PTI) A 60-feet-long steel bridge was dismantled and stolen by a group of men posing as government officers in Bihar's Rohtas district, police said on Saturday.
The bridge, weighing 500 tons, was built over the Arrah canal in Amiyawar village in Nasriganj police station area in 1972, they said.
A group of men, posing as officers of the Irrigation Department, dismantled the defunct bridge with the help of gas-cutters and earthmovers over three days, police said.
Unnao (UP), Dec 20 (PTI) A sub-inspector (SI) was suspended on Monday after a video emerged in which he was allegedly seen justifying taking bribe from people for doing their work.
"If police takes money, it also does the work. Go to some other department, they will take money but they won't do your work," SI Umesh Tripathi, posted at Bighapur Police Station, was reportedly heard saying in the video made during a programme here.
The video was stated to be of November 29, when a police programme was held at a local school.
