London, IRNA – The Iranian embassy in Vienna has condemned certain Austrian media outlets for raising unfounded allegations on child abuse in Iran.
The Iranian embassy in Vienna issued a statement, which was uploaded on its Twitter account, warning that Austrian media disappointed of their failed attempts to distort realities and angry with Iran’s progresses and its expansion of regional interactions continue to publish such lies.
The statement added that but they could not conceal facts forever from the public opinion in the West.
Certain Austrian media in coordination with Iranophobic attempts in the West published false accusations against Iran, which have faced strong reaction by the embassy of the Islamic Republic in the European country.
Earlier, Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kanaani said that the European Union’s resolution on recent incidents at the Iranian schools shows the legislative body turned into a place for propagating anti-Iran accusations.
Kanaani noted, it is regrettable that some people resort to such measures by stooge elements as a tool to demonize the Islamic Republic, and unfortunately, the European Parliament has been turned into a venue for suspicious and extreme figures to propagate their Iranophobic agenda.
