Kanpur: The weather remains extremely hot here. The maximum temperature was recorded at 45 degrees Celsius at the Meteorological Center of the Air Force and 39.8 degree Celsius at the Meteorological Center of Chandrashekhar Azad Agricultural University respectively.
According to meteorologists, Kanpur was the fourth hottest city in the state.
