Dashcam footage has emerged showing a police lieutenant in the US telling a woman during a traffic stop that police only kill black people.
The lieutenant was subsequently fired, with his police chief saying he had made a mistake that was inexcusable. RT discussed the issue with Ronald Hampton, a retired DC metro police chief, who told us such language incites racism.
