Mexico to present U.N. with peace proposal for Russia-Ukraine war

MEXICO CITY, Sept 12 (Reuters) - Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said on Monday his government will present a proposal to the United Nations aimed at resolving Russia's war against Ukraine.
