Kanpur: A woman reportedly beat up a young man with a stick in Ghatampur. With the surfacing of video of this incident, the police have registered a case.
The young man fell to the ground. Even after this, the woman lashed out with sticks.
The police taking cognizance of the matter started an investigation.
SP Outer Tej Swaroop Singh said that the video is from Bihpur in Ghatampur.
On Wednesday, a woman named Lakshmi had beaten up a youth named Kallu Kushwaha with a stick.
In this case, the police have registered an FIR against Lakshmi and her husband Shiv Singh on the complaint of Kallu's wife Shivani.
Ghatampur police are searching for both husband and wife, but both are absconding after leaving the house.
