Ukrain: Zelensky ready for ‘all-for-all’ prisoner swap

BALI /Indonesia/, November 15. /TASS/. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said that the only formula for a prisoner exchange with Russia is "all for all."

"We should unite for the sake of the only possible model of releasing prisoners - ‘all for all’," he said in a video address to the Bali-hosted G20 summit on Tuesday. According to the Ukrainian leader, this exchange should also include those civilians who left for Russia and children whom the Kiev regime calls "displaced persons."

Kherson authorities refute Ukrainian claims of gaining new foothold

GENICHESK, November 15. /TASS/. The press service of Kherson’s regional administration said that information about Ukrainian troops entering the town of Alyoshki on the left bank of the Dnieper River was a fake news item.

On Monday and overnight on Tuesday, Ukrainian media outlets and Telegram channels were writing about alleged successful attempts by Ukraine’s armed forces to gain a foothold on the Dnieper’s left bank. In particular, some media outlets reported that Alyoshki was taken by Ukrainian troops.

Ukrain: Zelensky says it's ‘time to stop hostilities’, but ‘there will be no Minsk-3’

BALI /Indonesia/, November 15. /TASS/. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said that it was time to end the Russia-Ukraine conflict, but Kiev will not sign Minsk 3 agreements.

"I am convinced that now is the time when <...> [hostilities] must and can be stopped," he said, speaking via video link to the participants of the G20 summit.

Ukraine: Deputy Head of Kherson Region Kirill Stremousov buried in Simferopol

SIMFEROPOL, November 11. /TASS/: Deputy Governor of the Kherson Region Kirill Stremousov was buried on Friday in the central alley of Abdal cemetery in Simferopol, a TASS correspondent reported.

The ceremony was held at the St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral in the Crimean capital of Simferopol. Family and friends, as well as representatives of government and the public, totaling in 200 people, came to bid farewell. The coffin was opened during the funeral.

Ukrainian shelling damages school building in DPR settlement

DONETSK, November 11. /TASS/: A school and a cultural center were damaged in a Ukrainian shelling attack on the Rozovka settlement in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), the DPR mission to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination said on Telegram on Friday.

According to the mission, the attack destroyed the roofs and floor slabs of both buildings and damaged their windows.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces fired two HIMARS rockets at Rozovka on Friday. The attack was recorded at 4:50 am.

Russia claims all troops gone from city in southern Ukraine

MYKOLAIV, Ukraine (AP) — The Russian Defense Ministry said Friday that it finished pulling out its troops from the western bank of the river that divide’s Ukraine’s southern Kherson region, including the only provincial capital that Moscow had captured since invading the neighboring country.

In a statement carried by Russian state news agencies, the ministry said the withdrawal was completed at 5 a.m. on Friday, and not a single unit of military equipment was left behind. The retreat nonetheless marks another huge setback for Russia in its 8 1/2-month war in Ukraine.

Russia's war on Ukraine latest news: Kyiv reaffirms tough line on talks, seeks grain deal extension

KYIV, Nov 7 (Reuters) - A senior adviser to Ukraine's president said on Monday that Kyiv had never refused to negotiate with Moscow and that it was ready for talks with Russia's future leader, but not with Vladimir Putin.

The comments on Twitter by Mykhailo Podolyak followed a Washington Post report on Saturday saying the Biden administration was privately encouraging Ukraine's leaders to signal an openness to negotiate with Moscow.
