According to the report, Ukraine and its Western allies have dismissed the Kremlin’s demands as a ploy to advance its own interests.

He underscored that Kiev will defend "all principal positions, including in regards to the sanctions pressure on Russia."

Russia quit the deal in July - a year after it was brokered by the United Nations and Turkey - complaining that its own food and fertiliser exports faced serious obstacles.
