MOSCOW, September 11. /TASS/: During their mission in the Mediterranean, the crew of the Russian Navy’s Vice-Admiral Kulakov destroyer conducted exercises to search for and track a mock enemy submarine, the Northern Fleet's press service told journalists Friday.

The drills involved a KA-27PL anti-submarine helicopter, according to the fleet's press service.

MOSCOW, September 11. /TASS/: Russian flagship air carrier Aeroflot will on Friday resume its flights to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), interrupted this spring amid the novel coronavirus pandemic.

The flights will be carried out twice a week - on Friday and Saturday. The first flight is scheduled to take off at 2:30 Moscow time on Friday.

MOSCOW, September 10. /TASS/: Presidents Vladimir Putin of Russia and Aleksandar Vucic of Serbia have discussed strategic cooperation between the two countries, the Kremlin press service said in a statement on Thursday following a telephone conversation between the two leaders.

According to the statement, the parties "discussed pressing matters related to strategic partnership between Russia and Serbia." "Russia praised Aleksandar Vucic’s personal contribution to efforts to boost Russia-Serbia ties," the statement adds.

MOSCOW, September 10. /TASS/: Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has dismissed the reports by Reuters news agency claiming that the company providing services to US presidential candidate Joe Biden’s campaign office was attacked by Russian hackers.

"We are not aware what this firm is and what "Russian state-backed" implies. Once again, it looks like nonsense, at times published by the respected agency," Peskov told reporters.

MOSCOW, September 10. /TASS/: The Kremlin believes that any allegations about the involvement of Russian officials in the incident with blogger Alexei Navalny are a priori erroneous and unacceptable, Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters commenting on US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo's statement.

MOSCOW, September 9. /TASS/: A plane carrying 15 Russian children evacuated from Syria landed at Chkalovsky Airport near Moscow early on Wednesday, the press service of Russian Commissioner for Children's Rights Anna Kuznetsova said.

"The plane with Russian children evacuated from Syria performed a landing at the Chkalovsky Airport in the Moscow Region," the press service said in a statement.

The children were accompanied by doctors during the flight. Recommendations of Russia’s sanitary watchdog and the Health Ministry were observed at all stages of the evacuation.

ARKHANGELSK, September 9. /TASS/: Russia has developed application software allowing patients to keep track of their health condition after being vaccinated against the novel coronavirus, Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko said during his working visit to northwestern Russia’s Arkhangelsk on Tuesday.

"Yes, this app has already been developed. Right now, everyone who had been vaccinated as part of the clinical trials will use this app," the minister said.

MOSCOW, September 9. /TASS/: Accusations hurled at Russia that it intends "to swallow up" Belarus after Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko visits Moscow are "pure nonsense," Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Wednesday.

"There certainly won't be any swallowing up or merging at all after the visit. This is pure nonsense," he said.

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia’s foreign minister criticized Germany on Wednesday over its handling of official requests by Moscow about the condition of Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny, Interfax news agency reported.

Navalny, an opponent of President Vladimir Putin, is being treated in a Berlin hospital where he was taken after falling ill on a Russian domestic flight. Germany says he was poisoned with the nerve agent Novichok. Russia has said it has seen no evidence he was poisoned.
